Air Optix Aqua Multifocal - Rebate Info

Like many other manufacturers of contact lenses, CIBA Vision is offering a mail-in rebate when you purchase Air Optix Aqua Multifocal contacts. The rebate is not heavily promoted but it looks like some online retailers are offering it - see below for more details.

If you buy 4 boxes (each box containing 6 lenses) of Air Optix Aqua Multifocal, your rebate is $20.

The 2011 Air Optix Aqua Multifocal rebate is available until July 31, 2011 to new or existing lens wearers after getting an eye exam and then purchasing Air Optix Aqua Multifocal contacts.

How to receive the Air Optix Aqua Multifocal Mail-in Rebate

Get an eye exam from your eye care practitioner.

Buy 4 boxes of Air Optix Aqua Multifocal Lenses from a participating Eye Care Professional or online store.

Receive your certificate from your Eye Care Professional or your online store together with the purchased (and shipped) boxes.  Complete the certificate with your personal information. 

 

Collect the following:

- 2 UPC Codes (they are printed on each contact lens box, so just cut them out).
- A copy of the receipt of your eye exam or fitting consultation
- The original product purchase receipt (copies are not accepted). The receipt must indicate the total number of boxes purchased.

CIBA Vision isn't actively promoting this rebate on their site or on the air optix microsite,

Additional Notes:

• Rebates are subject to the availability of certificates so make sure you check with your ECP or store before completing any transaction.
• Keep in mind that it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery of the rebate check.
• CIBA Vision will not accept submissions without an eye exam receipt.
• Make sure to check the expiry date of the mail-in rebate. Purchases must be made before July 31, 2011 and your mail must be postmarked before August 31, 2011.
• Product purchases must be made within 90 days of exam.
• The offer is limited to one rebate per person and the offer is not valid in combination with any other offer or rebate. Photocopy of the rebate certificate is not valid for redemption. No P.O. Boxes, only street and rural addresses are acceptable.
