Conclusion:

Great lenses! Both lens materials have tri-comfort technology. They let up to five times more oxygen through the lens than traditional soft contact lenses and are designed to retain moisture for comfort all day long. Plus they have superior deposit resistance for cleaner lenses. The slightly higher priced Air Optix Night & Day has one of the highest Dk/t values, which might result in some additional wearing comfort.  Prescription parameters are different (diameter and base curve), and Air Optix Night and Day Aqua was approved by the FDA for daily wear and extended wear for up to 30 nights of continuous wear.  As mentioned in another comparison of Air Optix Aqua, there are quite some price differences comparing online retail prices. So, with a little bit of homework you could save some money when buying them online.
