Can Clariti 1 Day be an alternative to 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye? Sauflon has launched Clariti 1 Day on November 6th 2009, and is distributing the world's second daily disposable silicone hydrogel lens exclusively through eye care professionals. Conclusion:
Sauflon's Clariti 1 Day was launched in the UK on Nov 6, 2009. Clariti 1 Day and ACUVUE® TruEye cover slightly different power ranges. With a lower modulus and a thinner design, Clariti is a bit softer than TruEye. But, does Clariti come with UV blocking? We could find out.
One last note: Clariti 1 Day will be distributed through Eye Care Professionals only, whereas ACUVUE® TruEye is already offered by many online retailers in Europe, North Ameria and Asia.
