The 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye® rebate is available to new or existing lens wearers after getting an eye exam and then purchasing 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye® contacts.

How to receive the Mail-in Rebate for 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye®

Get an Eye Exam

Get an eye exam from your eye care practitioner.

Buy your lenses

Buy 8 boxes of 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye®.

Print the rebate certificate

Complete the online form on acuvue.com and print the Rebate Certificate.

Attach the receipts and the box tops

Attach the following:

  • Two 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye® box tops
  • A receipt of your eye exam
  • The product purchase receipt.

Keep a copy of your paperwork for your records.

Additional Tips:

  • Keep in mind that it can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery of a rebate check or a prepaid Visa Card.
  • Manufacturer might not accept submissions without an eye exam receipt.
  • Some mail-in rebates are not valid when you buy from certain retailers such as Costco, WALMART, Sam's Club , 1-800 CONTACTS, Target Optical or from online retailers.
  • Always read the fine print and make sure to check the expiry date of the mail-in rebate.
