While PureVision is a daily-wear lens, Biofinity can be worn up to 7 days continuously based on your eye doctor's approval. Biofinity is slightly stiffer, but lets more oxygen through than the PureVision lenses. The cost is similar and typically ranges from $35 to $45 per box.
